The Facilities Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance support on our 50+ acre campus. The position will include working with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, waste management, sanitation, space management, storage, security and safety. The applicant must have basic computer experience with Microsoft Office, and have the ability to work with computer controlled facilities management software. The applicant should have a valid Nevada Driver’s License and should be able to pass a background check.
Duties will include opening up the school, performing traffic control, setting up for events, and performing a wide variety of duties in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and related facilities equipment. The Facilities Maintenance Technician may work alone and must always be aware of circumstances that can contribute to the injury of personnel and damage to equipment.
