Registration Information

Below you will find the steps you will need to complete to register for the 2020-2021 school year.

2020 New Student Registration Process

  • Step 1 - Complete Enrollment Contract

    All students must have a completed Enrollment Contract before they can register for classes.  If you have not already done so CLICK HERE to complete your Enrollment Contract.
  • Step 2 - Activate Your Student's Google Account

    You will schedule your registration appointment through Google Calendar using your BGHS email address. Each student has a email address assigned to them.  You can find this address in your student's Blackbaud account by clicking on the Contact Card tab under the child's name (tab next to Course Requests)  Once you have located your bghscloud email address you can activate your BGHS google account.

    PLEASE NOTE: you must be logged out of ALL other email accounts when setting up the BGHS Google account.
  • Step 3 - Make a Registration Appointment

  • Step 4 - Student Health Records

    Once you have completed the Enrollment Contract and registered for your Courses please look for an email from containing your Username and Password to log into SNAP Health Portal where you will be able to securely submit and update student's health records 24/7.
  • Step 5 - Submit Parish Affidavit (if applicable)

    Please complete and submit the 2020-2021 Parish Affidavit as directed on the form.  You can scan and email forms to or mail them to
