In your BGHS account, under the Admissions Progress tab, there is an admissions checklist. It is the responsibility of the applicant to submit the required materials to the admissions checklist.
After your application has been processed and an admissions checklist has been added to your account, you can upload this document.
Copy of 6th and 7th Grade Report Cards
If multiple documents please scan and save them as one document, then upload.
Copy of 8th Grade In-Progress Grades
After the first trimester/quarter, upload your most recent 8th grade in-progress grades. If multiple documents please scan and save them as one document, then upload.
After October 24, BGHS-provided recommendation forms will be released within the admissions checklist. You will need to input the name and email address of the teachers/counselor who needs to complete the form. Once the confidential form is completed by the teachers/counselor, it is automatically returned to the Admissions Office and you will receive a notification. We require the completion of two BGHS-provided recommendation forms:
- Counselor / Homeroom Teacher Recommendation Form
- Math Teacher Recommendation Form
If applying to the Learning Center, an additional recommendation form will be required within the admissions checklist for completion.
Partner School Applicants must have all these steps completed by November 18, 2022 (and registered to take the HSPT on 12/3/22), to be considered for an early admissions decision. For a list of our partner schools click here.
Non-Partner School Applicants must have all these steps completed by January 13, 2023, to be considered part of the first pool of applicants.
