Employment Opportunities

1. Application for Admission:

The earliest that a student may apply for the 9th grade is in December of their 8th grade year.  Complete the application for admission and return it along with the $50.00 application fee.  BGHS has a rolling admissions, which means we accept applications all year.

2. Recommendation Forms and Discipline Records:

The Bishop Gorman High School Registrar will obtain the student’s transcript, recommendation and discipline records.  Recommendations are usually acquired from the Principal and 8th grade teacher.

3. Immunization Records:

It is state law that all students must have proper immunizations before entering high school.  Please provide Bishop Gorman High School with adequate immunization records.

4. Placement Exam:

Although the Placement Exam is highly recommended, it is not necessary for entrance into Bishop Gorman High School.  Those students taking the Placement Exam are given first priority for acceptance into Bishop Gorman High School.  Students will be mailed an application in advance of the exam day.  This helps expedite the registration process on Placement Exam day.  Applications can also be filled out the day of the exam.  There is no fee for the exam, just a $50.00 application fee.
